of our rental properties are privately owned. For your convenience
we have required the owners to furnish the condos in a tasteful
decor with decorative accessories, household items and appliances.
Please do not move any item from one condo to another. Upon your
departure, an inventory of the condo will be conducted for the comfort
of our next guest. Thank you for renting with Ocean Resorts.
FOR
YOUR INFORMATION
- No
rentals to persons under 25. House parties are prohibited.
- Motorcycles,
recreational vehicles, boats, campers, golf carts and trailers
are not permitted on premises. Two car passes only per condo.
(Some complexes allow only one car.)
- All
Ocean Resorts units are fully equipped with dishes, pots &
pans, blankets, pillows and cable TV.
- Linens
(sheets and towels) are not included with your reservations, unless
you request to rent them with advance notice.
- No
pets are allowed.
- Condos
are equipped with an initial supply of guest amenities (soap,
trash can liners, toilet tissue). These items are not restocked
during your stay.
- Cribs,
high chairs, etc. can be rented from a local third party vendor.
SECURITY
DEPOSIT
- A
cash security deposit, or an imprint of your credit card, is required
upon check in.
- Ocean
Resorts accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
PAYMENT
- Full
Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cash, money order, check,
or credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American
Express) are accepted.
